Landlords: You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about your properties. Fraudulent or misleading listings are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Tenants: You agree to use the platform for legitimate property discovery and to communicate respectfully with landlords.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Boroko for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or the posting of unauthorized content.

4. Limitation of Liability

Boroko acts as a platform to connect users. We do not own or manage the properties listed and are not responsible for the actions of landlords or tenants. We provide no guarantee regarding the condition of any property listed on the platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
